Society of Former Agents of SLED

The mission of the Society of Former Agents of the State Law Enforcement Division (SLED) is to advance an esprit de corps for SLED service; to promote the welfare of former agents and support members; to keep members informed on matters regarding their retirement benefits and the retirement system; to offer opportunities for fellowship, social and sports outings, networking, and discussion of health and wellness; to preserve the history of SLED; and to promote SLED as a professional organization and law enforcement as a respected vocation.

Foundation of Former Employees of SLED

The mission of the Foundation of Former Employees of the State Law Enforcement Division (SLED) is to provide financial support to members, former members, and their families under stress from illness, injury, disaster, or difficult life transitions; to assist with expenditures made by SLED or SLED members recognizing the service of members on the occasion of retirement from the agency; to award exceptional service to SLED; and to support programs offered by the Law Enforcement Assistance Program also known as the SLED Chaplaincy.
